We offer flat-rate standard shipping (GH₵25.00) and express courier delivery (GH₵60.00) within Ghana. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while express is 1-2 business days. Orders over GH₵500.00 qualify for free standard shipping automatically.
We accept return requests for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics and fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a clear photo so the team can review it.
Skin sensitivities differ, so we do not make a blanket suitability claim. Review the ingredient information supplied on the product page and packaging, patch test where appropriate, and consult a qualified professional if you have a known allergy or medical concern.
Payment is completed on Paystack's hosted checkout. The methods shown there may include cards, Mobile Money, or bank options depending on availability. Honora's does not collect your full card number on this storefront.
